Since taking office in 2019, I have been working with Governor Whitmer to tackle several critical issues in our state.
Together we have:
-Increased wages for home care workers
-Passed legislation that allows juveniles to expunge their records
-Expanded childcare access for parents and pay for childcare workers
-Increased and equalized per-pupil funding for k-12 schools from the state, with even greater increases for special education and high-poverty districts
-Passed an infrastructure bill that will create good jobs protecting drinking water, preventing flooding, and replacing lead pipes.
And together, we will continue to fight for:
-Earned Income Tax Credit expansion
-Clean air and clean water
-More funding for k-12 schools
-Criminal justice reform
In order to keep this work going, I need to get re-elected to the State Senate. Can I count on your support? $10, $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can donate will help as we build up our momentum.
Thank you for your continued support.
